Job Description
The Role
A new opportunity has arisen in our Employment team for a Senior Associate looking for the next step in their career (minimum 5 years' experience in either general disputes or Employment). Based in our Perth office, you will work with a highly experienced Partner on a range of Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety matters covering:
Disputes (Fair Work Commission and Federal Court)
Employment advisory work
Misconduct/disciplinary issues
Contract drafting
Corporate M&A due diligence
Workplace investigations
IR related matters (strategy, negotiations and disputes)
Workplace Safety advice and representation
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We would welcome applications from Senior Associates/Lawyers with the following:
at least 5 years' post qualification experience within private law practice
Australian employment law experience
team oriented approach
strong relationship building skills and client focus
